建立了高速重载工况下的直升机主减速器热网络模型,得到弧齿锥齿轮温度场随齿面结构变化规律。对基于主动设计得到的弧齿锥齿轮齿面进行加载接触分析(LTCA)得到齿间载荷,结合摩擦学和传热学得到锥齿轮的摩擦因子和热载荷,研究分析了锥齿轮的齿面接触迹线方向、接触椭圆半长轴长度、传动比的1阶导数的改变对锥齿轮温度场的影响规律。
A thermal network model of the helicopter main reducer under high-speed and heavy-load conditions is established,and the law of the temperature field of the spiral bevel gear with different tooth surface structures is obtained. Load contact analysis (LTCA) on the tooth surface of the spiral bevel gear based on the active design is performed to obtain the load between the teeth. Also,the friction coefficient and thermal load of the bevel gear are obtained by tribology and heat transfer. And the influence law of the direction of the bevel gear tooth surface contact trace,the length of the semi-major axis of the contact ellipse and the first derivative of the transmission ratio on the temperature field of the bevel gear is studied and analyzed.
