齿面摩擦力对啮合齿轮副的胶合、宏微观点蚀及传动效率有着重要的影响。研究齿面摩擦力的计算与控制方法,对啮合齿轮副的性能优化和效率提升有着显著的工程意义。基于齿面摩擦力的重要作用,国内外诸多学者从摩擦因数计算、齿面摩擦力对啮合齿轮副接触损伤与动态特性的影响等多个方面进行了全面研究,但目前仍未形成统一的计算方法和设计规范,仍存在很多技术研究上的不足,尚难在工程中得到可靠应用。通过归纳总结国内外相关文献,阐述了当前齿面摩擦力的研究现状,梳理了研究中存在的难点及关注热点;同时,对齿面摩擦力的发展趋势进行了一定的预判,以期为今后齿面摩擦力的进一步深入研究提供可以借鉴的技术方向。
Tooth surface friction has an important impact on the scoring,macro and micro pitting corrosion and transmission efficiency of meshing gear pairs. The research on the calculation and control method of tooth surface friction has significant engineering significance for the performance optimization and efficiency improvement of meshing gear pairs. It is precisely based on the important role of tooth surface friction that many scholars at home and abroad have conducted comprehensive studies on the calculation of friction coefficient and the influence of tooth surface friction on the contact damage and dynamic characteristics of meshing gear pairs. However,there is still no unified calculation method and design specification,there are still many technical research deficiencies,and it is still difficult to obtain reliable application in engineering. By summarizing relevant technical literatures at home and abroad,the current research status of tooth surface friction is expounded,the difficulties and hotspots in the research are sorted out, the development trend of tooth surface friction is predicted, and reference technical direction for further research on tooth surface friction is provided.
