为了提高橡胶式CVT的传动效率,使发动机与整车有更好的动力性匹配,进行了发动机与CVT的台架实验,绘制出发动机、CVT外特性和影响CVT因素的曲线。结果表明,在不改变CVT结构的前提下,温度是影响CVT效率的主要因素;在温度为55 ℃时,CVT能保持一个较高的效率。根据CVT外特性曲线绘制驱动力曲线,确定减速器的总传动比为12.9,并确定CVT中的轻甩块与重弹簧的组合可使赛车能较快地到达理论最高车速。
In order to improve the transmission efficiency of the rubber CVT and better match the power performance of the engine and the whole vehicle,the bench test of the engine and CVT is carried out,and the curves of starting motor,external characteristics of CVT and influencing factors of CVT are drawn. The results show that,without changing the structure of the CVT,the temperature is the main factor that influence the efficiency of the CVT,and at the age of 55 ℃ CVT maintain a high efficiency. According to the driving force curve drawing CVT external characteristic curve,determine the total transmission ratio for the gear reducer is 12.9,and determine the CVT light left block and the combination of the heavy spring can make the car can quickly reach the highest speed.
