飞溅润滑作为目前动车组齿轮箱最主要的润滑方式,研究其流场分布的规律对齿轮箱的润滑具有重要意义。在对动车齿轮箱进行简化后,建立齿轮箱飞溅润滑流场模拟试验平台,进行了试验平台的飞溅润滑捕捉试验。基于计算流体力学的理论,利用PumpLinx软件建立了流场模拟试验平台的三维数值分析模型,通过试验和仿真的对比,验证了三维数值分析模型的可靠性。实现了动车齿轮箱润滑油在上坡、下坡和转弯时流场的仿真预测。
Splash lubrication is the most important lubrication method in gearbox of EMU at present,it is of great significance to study the law of flow field distribution for gear box lubrication. A simulation test platform for splashing lubrication flow field of gearbox is established after simplifying the gearbox of EMU,and splash lubrication capture test is carried out. Based on the theoretical knowledge of computational fluid mechanics,a three-dimensional numerical analysis model of the flow field simulation test platform is established by using PumpLinx software. The reliability of the three-dimensional numerical analysis model is verified by the comparison between the test and the simulation. Finally,the simulation and prediction of the flow field of the lubricating oil in the gearbox of a EMU during going up,down and turning are realized.
