接触轨迹和传动误差是评价弧齿锥齿轮啮合性能的关键指标,而安装错位会使接触轨迹发生偏移,改变传动误差的对称性和波动幅值。为此,基于安装调整提出了一种弧齿锥齿轮接触轨迹和传动误差的优化方法。通过约束装配条件与初始点传动比,建立方程组,求解理论安装调整值;进而引入齿轮副安装错位,建立含安装错位的TCA算法;以安装错位为设计变量,预设接触轨迹和传动误差的特征参数,建立目标函数,并通过非线性优化算法进行求解。结果显示,优化后接触轨迹向齿面小端移动,加载后接触区会向齿面中部扩展,改善了承载接触性能;传动误差曲线下垂偏差量和波动幅值减小,有利于避免边缘接触和改善动态性能。
The contact path and transmission error are key indexes for evaluating the meshing performance of spiral bevel gears. The contact path is offset by misalignment,and symmetry and fluctuation amplitude of transmission error change. Therefore,based on installation adjustment,an optimization method for the contact path and transmission error of spiral bevel gears is proposed. The equations are established by the constraining assembly conditions and the initial transmission ratio,and then the theoretical installation adjustment is solved. A tooth contact analysis (TCA) algorithm with the misalignment is built by introducing gear pair misalignment. Taking the misalignment as the design variable and presetting the characteristic parameters of contact path and the transmission error,an objective function is built and solved by the nonlinear optimization algorithm. The optimization results show that the contact path is moved to the small end and the loaded contact area is expanded to the middle of the tooth flank,load bearing contact performance is improved. That the droop deviation and fluctuation amplitude of the transmission error curve are decreased,whichis beneficial to avoid edge contact and improve dynamic performance.
