针对某型汽车出现的Clunk问题,进行了Clunk机理研究、试验测试及仿真分析。在了解Clunk产生过程的基础上,从信号的角度对Clunk问题机理进行了分析。通过设计整车试验,对Clunk信号的时域及频域特征进行研究,并且定位出试验车Clunk的声源位置。基于AMESim软件搭建了变速器Clunk分析模型,探究了Clunk的影响因素,提出了试验车Clunk问题的优化措施。优化结果表明,通过减缓转矩变化率、减小系统间隙、降低负载惯量的方式,能够明显改善试验车Clunk问题。
Aiming at the clunk problem of a certain type of vehicle, the clunk mechanism research, test and simulation analysis are carried out. Based on the understanding of the process of clunk generation, the mechanism of clunk is analyzed from the perspective of signal. Through the design of vehicle test, the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of clunk signal are studied, and the location of the sound source of the test vehicle clunk is found. Based on the AMESim software, the clunk analysis model of transmission is built, the influencing factors of clunk are explored, and the optimization measures of the clunk of test vehicle are put forward. The optimization results show that the clunk of the test vehicle can be significantly improved by slowing down the torque change rate, reducing the system gap and reducing the load inertia.
