根据齿轮空间啮合理论,建立齿轮啮合的空间坐标系,推导出非对称渐开线圆柱齿轮和偏置面齿轮的数学模型,建立了偏置非对称面齿轮的啮合方程。以啮合方程为约束条件,编写了求解偏置面齿轮副齿面点云坐标的数值计算程序,求解出偏置面齿轮副的齿面点云坐标,通过拟合点云得到偏置面齿轮的复杂曲面模型;研究了偏置非对称面齿轮内径不根切、外径不变尖的问题,确定了齿宽的限制条件。确定偏置面齿轮副的基本设计参数,求解出齿面离散坐标点并导入三维软件中,建立了偏置面齿轮和非对称圆柱齿轮的精确几何模型。研究成果对装备用特种偏置非对称面齿轮传动系统设计制造具有指导意义。
According to the theory of gear space meshing, the space coordinate system of gear meshing is established, the mathematical models of asymmetric involute cylindrical gear and offset face gear are derived, and the meshing equation of asymmetric offset face gear is established. Taking the meshing equation as constraint condition, the numerical calculation program for solving the tooth surface point cloud coordinates of offset face gear pair is compiled, and the tooth surface point cloud coordinates of offset face gear pair are solved. The complex surface model of offset face gear is obtained by fitting the point cloud. The problems that the inner diameter of asymmetric offset face gear is not undercut and the outer diameter is constant are studied, and the limiting condition of tooth width is determined. The basic design parameters of offset face gear pair are determined, the discrete coordinate points of tooth surface are solved and imported into 3D software. The accurate geometric models of offset face gear and asymmetric involute gear are established. The research result has guiding significance for the design and manufacture of special asymmetric offset face gear transmission system.
