为提高弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的平稳性,研究了不同承载传动误差下齿轮振动特性的变化规律。以MASTA软件为工具,建立了弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的有限元模型,通过改变从动轮负载得到了不同的承载传动误差;以振动加速度瀑布图、振动加速度幅频谱以及噪声曲线图为对象,对比分析了不同负载下的齿轮振动特性。结果表明,当承载传动误差波动减小时,齿轮的振动噪声都会出现降低的趋势。分析结果为提高齿轮传动系统的平稳性提供了可靠依据。
In order to improve the smoothness of the spiral bevel gear transmission system, the changing law of gear vibration characteristics under different load transmission errors is studied, the finite element model of the spiral bevel gear transmission system is established with the MASTA software as a tool, and the result is obtained by changing the load different load-bearing transmission errors. Taking the vibration acceleration waterfall diagram, vibration acceleration amplitude spectrum and noise curve diagram as objects, the gear vibration characteristics under different loads are compared and analyzed. The results show that, the vibration and noise of the gear will tend to decrease when the load transmission error fluctuation decreases. The analysis results provide a reliable basis for improving the stability of the gear transmission system.
