针对涡扇发动机(Geared turbofan engine,GTF)星型齿轮传动系统,建立了齿轮-转子-轴承耦合动力学模型。该动力学模型考虑了星型齿轮的旋转运动、轴承时变支撑刚度、齿轮啮合刚度以及多齿啮合和综合误差之间的关系,研究了输入轴和输出轴上轴承位置对星型齿轮传动系统各部件浮动量以及负载分配特性的影响。结果表明,输入轴和输出轴上轴承的布置方式对太阳轮和齿圈的浮动量影响较大,对星型齿轮的浮动量几乎无影响;输入轴上轴承位置的变化对啮合负载分配均匀性基本无影响,而输出轴上轴承位置影响负载分配均匀性。
A gear rotor bearing coupling dynamics model is established for the star gear transmission system of geared turbofan engine(GTF). The dynamics model considers the relationship between the rotational motion of the star gear,the time-varying support stiffness of the bearing,the meshing stiffness of the gear,as well as the relationship between the multi tooth meshing and the comprehensive error. The influence of bearing position on input shaft and output shaft on floating quantity and load distribution characteristics is studied. The results show that the position and arrangement of the bearings on the input shaft and output shaft have great influence on the floating amount of the sun gear and ring gear,but almost no effect on the floating amount of the star gear. The change of the bearing position on the input shaft has no effect on the load distribution uniformity,while the bearing position on the output shaft affects the load distribution uniformity.
