风扇驱动齿轮箱具有结构复杂,系统动力学分析困难的特点。通过对齿轮箱零部件的模态分析和敲击模态试验,验证了零部件级模型的准确性。再通过外啮合的子系统级动态响应分析和性能试验对比分析,验证子系统结构的分析合理性。最后,通过模态综合法,将各子系统统一到内啮合系统中进行动力学响应计算,并与试验数据进行分析验证。明确各环节的分析验证要点,逐级迭代。建立一套从部件级到子系统级,最后到系统级的理论分析与试验验证的系统级分析方法,为今后复杂系统的参数敏感度分析和模态识别等提供指导和帮助。
The fan-driven gearbox is characterized by complex structure and difficult system dynamics analysis. The accuracy of the component level model is verified through the modal analysis and the percussion modal test of the gearbox component. Then the rationality of the subsystem structure analysis is verified through the comparative analysis of the dynamic response analysis and performance test of the external meshing subsystem. Finally, through the mode synthesis method, each subsystem is unified into the internal meshing system for dynamic response calculation, and it is analyzed and verified with the test data. The key points of analysis and verification of each part are clarified and iterated step by step. A set of system-level analysis methods for theoretical analysis and test verification from component level to subsystem level and then to system level are established, so as to provide guidance and help for the parametric sensitivity analysis and modal identification of complex systems in the future.
