建立了椭圆齿轮副的弯扭耦合模型,包含齿面摩擦、时变刚度、阻尼、齿侧间隙等因素;选取不同的参数,采用4~5步长Runge-Kutta数值方法求解,分析了椭圆齿轮副的非线性动态特性。由分析可知,当转速较低时,椭圆齿轮系统处于单周期,运动稳定且有规律,转速的增大使其存在拟周期和不稳定、无规则的混沌运动交替出现的现象;摩擦因数和阻尼比的增大能使系统的运动更稳定;而时变啮合刚度系数和偏心率的增大则会使系统的运动更不稳定。
The bending torsion coupling model of elliptical gear pair is established, including the factors of tooth surface friction, time-varying stiffness, damping, backlash and so on. Different parameters are selected and solved by 4~5-step Runge-Kutta numerical method to analyze the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of elliptic gear pair. It can be seen from the analysis that, under certain conditions, when the speed is low, the elliptical gear system is in the stable and regular single period motion stage. The quasi periodic motion, appear with the unstable chaotic motion alternatively under the circumstance of the increasing of the rotational speed. The system motion can be more stable under the circumstance of increasing of friction coefficient and damping ratio, while the system motion can be more unstable under the circumstance of increasing of stiffness coefficient and eccentricity ratio.
