将机器人用减速器作为研究对象,研制了由驱动系统、机械系统、控制系统、数据采集系统组成的减速器试验装置,对其进行机械传动性能的测试。在测试过程中,由于传统测试方法难以捕捉到数据的瞬时变化,不利于对精密减速器的研究,针对这一问题,提出了解决方法。基于JUCE库设计了软件系统,结合运动控制卡的数据传输,完成了对减速器的性能测试。结果表明,该试验系统能够快速准确地测量减速器的传动性能,并期望通过分析传动性能来优化以提升减速器的整体性能。
Taking the reducer for robot as the research object,a reducer test device composed of drive system,mechanical system,control system and data acquisition system is developed to test its mechanical transmission performance. In the process of testing,because of the traditional test method is difficult to capture the instantaneous change of the data,this is not conducive to the study of precision gear reducer. In order to solve this problem,the solving method is put forward. The software system based on JUCE libraries is designed,combined with the movement control cards of data transmission,the performance test of speed reducer is finished. The results show that the test system can quickly and accurately measure the transmission performance of the reducer,and it is expected to analyze and optimize to improve the overall performance of the reducer.
