中国工业软件的发展相比发达国家还比较落后,特别是齿轮传动设计分析类软件。随着工业互联网和工业APP的发展,中国工业软件的发展将迎来一个高潮。齿轮的啮合刚度和承载接触分析(LTCA)对于齿轮传动系统动力学分析至关重要,为此,基于SYSWARE.IDE工业互联网平台,应用Ease-off差齿面拓扑进行齿面啮合信息解析,开发了圆柱齿轮承载接触分析工业APP。通过算例输出了拓扑修形梯度图、接触线瀑布图、传动误差曲线、时变啮合刚度、承载传动误差变化曲线、齿面载荷分布状况、载荷齿间分担比等齿面信息。
Compared with developed countries,China's industrial software development is still relatively backward,especially gear transmission design and analysis software. With the development of industrial internet and industrial APP,China's industrial software development will usher in a climax. The meshing stiffness and LTCA are very important for the dynamics analysis of gear transmission system. For this,based on SYSWARE.IDE industrial internet platform,the meshing information of tooth surface is analyzed by Ease-off difference tooth surface topology,and the cylindrical gear LTCA industrial APP is developed. By example,topological modified gradient diagram,contact line waterfall diagram,transmission error curve,time-varying meshing stiffness,change curve of load transmission error,load distribution state of tooth surface,load sharing ratio between teeth and other tooth surface information are output.
