齿轮工作中出现的齿廓磨损、变形等现象会使重合度发生变化,影响齿轮传动的连续性和承载能力。为便于及时检测重合度变化情况,设计了齿轮传动重合度检测系统。该检测系统由齿轮传动检测装置和数据分析软件两部分组成,采用工业摄像机拍摄齿轮啮合运动图像,基于数字散斑相关方法进行图像分析,测出齿轮机构相关参数及重合度。该检测系统可检验不同形式齿轮传动的重合度,检测速度快、精度高、使用方便,为齿轮设计、加工及检测提供了技术参考。
The wear and deformation of gear profile will change the contact ratio,which will affect the continuity and bearing capacity of gear transmission. In order to detect the change of contact ratio in time,the detection system of gear transmission is designed. The detection system consists of gear transmission detection device and data analysis software. The industrial camera is used to capture the moving image of gear meshing,and image analysis is carried out based on the digital speckle correlation method,and the relevant parameters and contact ratio of gear mechanism are measured. The detection system can check the contact ratio of different types of gear transmission,with fast detection speed,high accuracy and convenient use. It provides a technical reference for gear design,processing and detection.
