针对某型号纯电动汽车的减速器,基于ParticleWorks软件对齿轮搅油功率损失进行了分析,探究了齿轮搅油功率损失的特性。运用正交实验法就影响齿轮搅油功率损失的因素进行了极差分析,得到齿轮搅油功率损失主要影响因素依次为转速、齿轮油运动黏度、浸油深度、齿数、齿宽、齿轮螺旋角以及压力角,并研究了各个因素的具体影响灵敏度。通过ParticleWorks以及Romax软件构建了减速器传动效率分析模型并进行了减速器传动效率实验,通过实验与传动效率仿真的对比分析,验证了仿真模型的可行性与准确性,为研究纯电动汽车减速器的传动效率提供了一种新的手段。
Aiming at the reducer of pure electric vehicle,the gear churning power loss is analyzed based on ParticleWorks software,and the characteristics of gear churning power loss are explored. The orthogonal analysis method is used to analyze the range of the factors affecting the gear oil loss. The main factors affecting the gear churning power loss are speed,gear oil kinematic viscosity,oil depth,number of teeth,tooth width,gear helix angle and pressure angle,and the specific influence sensitivity of each factor is studied. Through ParticleWorks and Romax software,a transmission efficiency analysis model of the reducer is constructed and a transmission efficiency experiment is conducted. Through the comparison and analysis of the experiment and the transmission efficiency simulation,the feasibility and accuracy of the simulation model are verified. A new mean to study the transmission efficiency of the reducer of pure electric vehicle is provided.
