结合分形理论构建了摆线轮齿与针齿的形貌模型,基于改进的Herschel-Bulkley模型提出的脂润滑线接触膜厚公式,对修形后的摆线轮齿与针齿啮合过程中的最小膜厚进行了研究。确定了啮合过程中最小膜厚出现的位置,并分析了摆线轮齿的宏观设计参数和修形参数对最小膜厚及润滑状态的影响;通过经验公式确定基本参数,进一步结合弹流润滑数值计算研究了摆线针轮传动的润滑特性。
Combining the surface topography model of pin tooth and cycloid tooth constructed by fractal theory,and the proposed film thickness formula of line contact lubricated with grease based on the Herschel-Bulkley model,the minimum film thickness in the meshing process of modified pin tooth and cycloid tooth is investigated. The position of minimum film thickness during meshing process is determined. The influence of the macroscopical design parameters and modification parameters of cycloid tooth on the minimum film thickness and lubrication state is analyzed. Using the basic parameters determined by empirical formula and elastohydrodynamic lubrication numerical calculation,the lubrication characteristics of cycloidal pinwheel drive is studied.
