基于差速器的可靠性要求,设计了差速器试验台架的硬件和软件结构,研制了差速器试验专用台架,并依据行业标准进行了高速低扭和低速高扭两种工况的可靠性试验。测试结果表明,试验运行状态与试验要求相符,试验结果准确可靠,完全满足差速器可靠性的测试需求,为差速器可靠性试验的规范进行提供了实践指导。
Based on the reliability requirements of the differential,the hardware and software structures of the test rig are designed. A rig for differential test is developed, and reliability tests under two conditions of the high rate and low torque and the low rate and high torque are carried out according to the industry standards. The test result indicates that the test operation state is consistent with the test requirements, and the test results are accurate and reliable, fully meeting the test requirements of differential reliability. It provides practical guidance for the standardized conduction of the reliability testing of automobile differential.
