针对轻型商用车集成式电驱动桥试验需求,研制了轻型商用车集成式电驱动桥试验台架。参考传统驱动桥和电机试验方法,建立了适用于集成式电驱动桥的试验方法。利用研制的试验台和建立的试验方法完成了集成式电驱动桥性能、疲劳等试验,为设计和制造部门提供了试验技术支持。
Aiming at the test requirements of integrated electric drive axle for light commercial vehicle, the test bench of integrated electric drive axle for light commercial vehicle is designed. The test methods suit for integrated electronic drive axle are established refer to traditional drive axle and electric motor test methods. By using the developed test bench and established test method, the performance and fatigue tests of the integrated electric drive axle are finished. It provides test technology support for design and manufacture departments.
