对同批次生产的齿面未磷化和齿面磷化直齿圆柱齿轮分成未磷化齿轮组;单磷化齿轮组和双磷化齿轮组,分别在齿轮接触疲劳试验机上进行胶合性能试验;同时,利用齿轮测量中心D80检测的试验齿轮的螺旋线曲线来准确计算胶合面积和胶合沟痕的深度。试验表明:在相同运转条件下,磷化齿轮出现胶合失效时的加载转矩远大于未磷化齿轮的;磷化齿轮出现胶合失效时的运转次数远多于未磷化齿轮的。由此得出,齿面磷化能显著提高齿轮的抗胶合性能。
The unphosphorized and phosphatized spur gears produced in the same batch are divided into three groups,the unphosphorized gear group, the single phosphated gear group and the double phosphated gear group, the scuffing performance test is carried out in groups on the gear contact fatigue tester. At the same time, the helix curve of the test gears detected by the gear measuring center D80 is used to accurately calculate the gluing area and the depth of the gluing groove mark. The results show that, under the same operating conditions, the loading torque of the phosphated gear is much greater than that of the unphosphorized gear, and the operating time of the phosphated gear is much more than that of the unphosphorized gear. It is concluded that, phosphating can significantly improve the anti scuffing performance of gears.
