差动轮系助力传动机构传动比为定值的电动助力转向系统,在无电机助力时系统传递效率低,驾驶员体力消耗大。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种变比差动轮系助力传动机构。首先,通过动力学模型分析差动轮系助力传动机构传递效率低的原因,提出系统设计方案;然后,设计了一种连续可导的变传动比曲线函数,并对系统中的非圆齿轮进行设计;最后,建立数学模型对改进方案进行分析,对驾驶员体力消耗量进行计算。结果表明,改进方案后驾驶员体力消耗量降低了9.15%,证明了改进方案的合理性和有效性。
The efficiency of the electric power steering system with constant ratio of differential gear train power transmission system is low transmission and physical consumption of driver is large when there is no motor power assist. In order to solve the problem, a variable ratio differential gear train power transmission system is proposed. Firstly, the reason of low transfer efficiency of the differential gear train power transmission system is analyzed by the dynamics model, and the system design scheme is put forward. Then a continuously differentiable curve function of variable transmission ratio is designed, and the noncircular gear in the system is designed. Finally, the improved scheme is analyzed by establishing mathematical model, and the physical consumption of driver is calculated. The results show that the physical consumption of driver is reduced by 9.15% after the improved scheme, which proves the rationality and effectiveness of the improved scheme.
