介绍了油膜涡动和油膜振荡的基本概念及主要特征,油膜振荡可能会造成机组的严重损坏,必须高度重视,及时处理。通过实际案例,对故障机组的频谱图、轴心轨迹及运行参数进行了分析,并指出了它们之间的关系。总结了处理油膜振荡问题的常用措施,为此类问题的诊断及处理提供了参考。
The basic concepts and main characteristics of the oil whirl and oil whip are introduced, and the oil whip may cause serious damage to the unit, which must be paid great attention to and dealt with in time. Through the analysis of the frequency spectrogram, the orbit and the operating parameters of the fault unit, the relationship between them is pointed out. At last, the common measures to deal with the problem of oil whip are summarized, which provides a reference to deal with these problems.
