针对斜齿轮啮合过程引起齿面疲劳破坏和冲击的问题,对斜齿轮动态特性和修形进行了分析研究。首先,考虑侧隙对齿轮啮合冲击的影响,建立了轮齿啮合动力学模型;利用Adams软件建立了刚柔耦合模型,得到了齿轮的角速度和负载转矩;其次,建立了斜齿轮的有限元模型,得到了最大接触应力的位置和曲线;最后,采用圆弧修形的方法,得到了修形后从动轮的角加速度、负载转矩、应力变化曲线。研究结果表明,短修形有效改善了齿面接触强度,为齿轮的疲劳寿命和传动效率分析提供了依据。
Aiming at the problem of the helical gears meshing which lead to the fatigue damage and shock of the gear surface, the dynamic performance and modification are analyzed and studied. The dynamics model of helical gears meshing is built based on the impact is affected by the backlash. The coupled model of rigid and flexible is built by Adams, and the angular velocity and load torque of the gear are obtained. Then, the finite element model of helical gear is established, the position and the curve of the maximum contact stress of are obtained. Finally, the angular acceleration, load torque and stress variation curve of the driven gear after modification are obtained by using the arc modification method. The research results indicate that the contact strength is improved based on the short-modification, which can provide the basis for gears analysis, such as, the fatigue life and the transmission efficiency.
