针对市场对矿用大功率减速器的需求,以天地奔牛2 000 kW矿用减速器的创新设计为研究对象,对其监控及水套冷却系统进行介绍。应用三维设计软件UG对箱体重建模型,并运用有限元分析软件对其创新结构进行强度分析。为今后国产矿用大功率减速器箱体设计提供了一定的参考。
In view of the market demand for high-power mine reducer, taking the innovative design of 2 000 kW mine reducer as the research object. The monitoring system and water cooling system of reducer are introduced. The model of the box is reconstructed with 3D design software UG. The strength analysis of its innovative structure is carried out by using finite element analysis software. A reference for the design of domestic high-power reducer in the future is provided.
