“众工业”平台是新一代信息通信技术与现代工业技术深度融合的工业互联网平台产物,是制造业数字化、网络化、智能化的重要载体。工业APP是工业互联网平台发展的关键。介绍了工业APP的定义、概念及工业APP平台的运营模式和发展前景。基于SYSWARE.IDE工业互联网平台,介绍了齿轮传动设计APP的开发方法和应用场景;以渐开线圆柱齿轮传动几何尺寸计算为例,阐述了工业APP开发思路和流程。齿轮APP的运行和检验表明,所开发的齿轮APP能够满足计算准确、快速响应和工业互联网运行要求。
The Public Industry platform is a product of the industrial internet platform deeply integrated with the new generation information and communication technology and modern industrial technology. It is an important carrier for the digitalization, networking and intelligence of the manufacturing industry. The industrial APP is the key to the development of the industrial internet platform. The definition and concept of industrial internet platform and industrial APP, the operation mode and development prospect of industrial APP platform are introduced. Based on the SYSWARE.IDE industrial internet platform, the development method and application scenarios of the gear transmission design APP are introduced. Taking the calculation of geometrical dimensions of involute cylindrical gear transmission as an example, the development ideas and processes of industrial APP are expounded. The operation and inspection of the gear APP shows that the developed gear APP can meet the requirements of accurate calculation, fast response and industrial Internet operation.
