燃气轮机是一种功率大、效率高、体积小、寿命长的新一代清洁能源动力装置。燃气轮机齿轮箱是将燃气轮机输出功率减速增扭后传递给工作机的装置,是燃气轮机机组的关键配套系统之一。阐述了燃气轮机和燃气轮机齿轮箱的国内外发展现状,分析并列举了燃气轮机齿轮箱的典型结构及各自的优缺点。综述了传动系统动力学研究、行星轮均载技术、齿轮修形技术等燃气轮机齿轮箱研制关键技术及研究现状,指出了燃气轮机齿轮箱的发展趋势及需要进一步研究的问题。
Gas turbine is a new generation of clean energy power plant with high power,high efficiency,small size and long life. Gas turbine gearbox is a device that transfers the output power of gas turbine to the working machine after deceleration and torsion increase,and it is one of the key supporting systems of gas turbine units. The development status of gas turbine and gas turbine gearbox at home and abroad is described. The typical structure of gas turbine gearbox and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and enumerated. The key technologies and research status of gas turbine gearbox development,such as transmission system dynamics research,planetary gear load sharing technology and gear modification technology,are summarized. The development trend of gas turbine gearbox and the problems needing further research are pointed out.
