GB/T 11365-2019中规定锥齿轮的接触斑点由供需双方商定,且接触斑点与齿轮精度等级没有直接关系。而在大型客机高升力直齿锥齿轮副的研制中,按ANSI/AGMA 2009-B01标准设计的直齿锥齿轮副,图样中明确标注了接触斑点的形状、位置、大小、边界状态等信息,对锥齿轮的制造过程控制也有一定的要求,研制的直齿锥齿轮可实现齿轮箱任意工作载荷下良好的接触状态,还能实现齿轮副中的大、小轮的各自互换性,并为此提出了标准齿轮和控制齿轮的概念。基于此,从铣齿加工工艺、齿坯、夹具、刀具、程序、接触区修正技术、热处理变形控制等方面阐述了高精度直齿锥齿轮加工的前沿技术。
The GB/T 11365-2019 provides that the tooth contact pattern of straight bevel gear is agreed by both supply and customer,and there is no direct relationship between tooth contact pattern and gear accuracy classification. During developing a high lift straight bevel gear pair for a large passenger aircraft,the straight bevel gear pair designed according to ANSI/AGMA 2009-B01 standard,the figure of the tooth contact pattern is clearly marked in the drawing,the length,position,shape and other information,in the manufacturing process control of bevel gears also have certain requirements,a good contact state of the gearbox under any working load is finally realized,and the interchangeability of the gear pair is realized,and the concept of master gear and control gear is proposed. The advanced technology of high precision straight bevel gear machining is expounded from milling technology,gear blank,fixture,cutter,program,contact zone modification technology,heat treatment deformation control,etc.
