差速器的性能对整车通过性和操纵性具有重要影响。为测定差速器的锁紧系数,研制了差速器试验专用台架,提出一种新的锁紧系数试验方法,即按照直线行驶、低速转弯行驶、高速转弯行驶3种工况下测定锁紧系数。试验结果表明,该差速器的锁紧系数与理论值一致,试验结果准确、可靠,较好地完成了差速器的性能检测。
The performance of differential has an important effect on vehicle passability and maneuverability. In order to determine the locking coefficient of the differential,a special test rig is developed,and a new test method is proposed. That is,the locking coefficient is measured under three working conditions of straight-line driving,low-speed turning and high-speed turning. The test results show that the locking coefficient of the differential is consistent with the theoretical value,the test results are accurate and reliable,and the performance test is completed well.
