传统机型的电动舵机传动装置采用圆柱齿轮传动,存在质量大、空间结构复杂及传动级数较多等诸多问题,因此,传动效率较低。针对上述问题,运用谐波齿轮传动代替圆柱齿轮传动,确定装置的总体方案、零部件结构。利用Creo软件建立传动装置三维实体模型,并经加工制造、安装、试运转,完成原理样机的试制工作。研究结果表明,将谐波齿轮传动应用到电动舵机传动装置的方案可行,为优化电动舵机传动装置的理论研究和实验研究奠定了基础。
The cylindrical gears are used to drive the traditional electric steering gear. There are many problems such as heavy weight,complex space structure and more transmission series,so the transmission efficiency is low. In view of the above problems,harmonic gear transmission is used instead of cylindrical gear transmission to determine the overall scheme,component structure. The Creo software is used to build the three-dimensional solid model of the transmission device,and the trial-manufacture of the principle prototype is completed after processing,manufacturing, installation and commissioning. The study results show that the scheme of applying harmonic gear transmission on electric steering gear transmission device is feasible,a foundation for theoretical and experimental research of optimizing electric steering gear transmission is laid.
