针对RV减速器动态特性分析困难的问题,利用功率键合图理论对某型RV减速器建立了仿真模型,通过推导RV减速器的传动比数学公式,给出了RV减速器单传动环路和完整环路功率键合图仿真建模方法。利用20-sim仿真软件,对所建立的RV减速器模型进行仿真分析,给出了RV减速器的设计建议。该方法对提高减速器的设计水平有一定的借鉴意义。
In view of the dynamic characteristic analysis of RV reducer is difficult problems. A simulation model of RV reducer is established based on the theory of power bond graph, the mathematical formula for transmission ratio of RV reducer is deduced, and the simulation modeling method of single transmission loop and complete loop power bond graph of RV reducer is given. By using 20-sim simulation software, the simulation model of RV reducer is analyzed, and the design proposal of RV reducer is given. This method can be used for reference to improve the design level of the reducer.
