建立了凹凸齿形行走轮的直角坐标方程,用Matlab模拟了凸形齿面,根据齿面齿廓建立了齿轨系统的三维模型,分析了其受力状况,并在Ansys软件中分析了其接触以及弯曲强度,运用Adams软件分析了其运动学性能。分析结果表明,该齿轨系统力学性能良好,适应能力较强。通过分析,选取了该复杂齿面行走轮的加工设备,解决了生产加工问题。通过3D打印、工装试验、工业性试验等,验证了该齿轨系统的实际使用性能。试验结果表明,该齿轨系统降低了行走部的接触强度,可提高系统的使用寿命。
Abstract The rectangular coordinate equation of the concave-convex gear is established, the convex tooth surface is simulated by Matlab, the three-dimensional model of the gear-rail system is established according to the tooth profile, and the stress state is analyzed. The contact and bending strength are analyzed in Ansys software, and the kinematics performance is analyzed by Adams software. The analysis results show that the gear-rail system has good mechanical properties and strong adaptability. Through analysis and selection of the processing equipment of the complex tooth surface walking wheel, the problem of production and processing is solved. The practical performance of the system is verified by means of 3D printing, tooling test and industrial test. The test results show that the system reduces the contact strength of the walking part and improves the service life of the system.
