针对某变速箱出现的断齿现象进行原因分析。对齿轮原材料的化学成分、非金属夹杂物、热处理硬度和渗碳层深、金相组织等进行了排查。其异常磨损部位的金相组织表明发生了摩擦烧伤。结合变速箱齿轮工作特点,指出烧伤的端面“1#裂纹”是轮毂开裂的疲劳裂纹源,轮毂开裂破坏了齿轮副的啮合关系并影响了轮齿弯曲强度、致使啮合干涉最终导致轮齿断裂。分析中间轴组件装配关系,同步器齿毂位置窜动致使轴向间隙消除而引起端面烧伤裂纹是导致断齿的根本原因。对于装配了较多零部件的变速箱齿轮轴组件,零部件间正确的装配关系及装配位置的可靠固定对于齿轮的可靠工作有着重要影响。
Abstract For the phenomenon of broken teeth in the transmission, the causes are analyzed. The gear raw materials chemical composition, non-metallic inclusions, heat treatment hardness, carburized layer thickness, metallographic structure are checked. The metallographic structure of the abnormal wear site indicated that the friction burns have occurred. Combining with the characteristics of gearbox, the No.1 crack is considered to be the fatigue crack source of gear hub cracking. The gear hub cracking destroys the meshing relationship, reduce the bending fatigue strength, and cause teeth breakage. The analysis of assembly relationship of layshaft assembly, the axis clearance eliminated because of the synchronizer hub position shifting is the cause of tooth fracture. For gearbox shaft assembly included many components, correct assembly relationship between each other, and reliable fixation of assembly position have an important influence on the reliability of gear.
