谐波齿轮传动过程中,双圆弧齿廓可有效避免尖点啮合现象。为进一步优化双圆弧齿廓,提高谐波齿轮传动装置的性能,基于改进运动学法的精确共轭理论,采用Matlab编程计算的方法,对比分析了柔轮齿廓中主要参数的变化对共轭区域和共轭齿廓的影响。分析结果表明,柔轮轮齿凸齿廓圆弧半径、凹齿廓圆弧半径和径向变形量对共轭齿廓形状影响显著;而公切线倾角、公切线长度对共轭区间和共轭齿廓弧长影响较明显,合理选用柔轮齿廓参数可有效提升谐波齿轮装置的传动性能。
Abstract In the process of harmonic drive(HD),the double-circular-arc tooth profile(DCTP) can effectively avoid cusp meshing. In order to further optimize the double arc profile and improve the performance of the HD,based on the modified kinematic method exact conjugate theory,and using Matlab programming calculation,the influence and laws of the main parameters in the flexspline profile(FSP) on the conjugate zone and conjugate tooth profile are compared and analyzed. The results show that the convex tooth profile radius,concave tooth profile radius and radial deformation amount of FSP have significant influence on the shape of conjugate tooth profile. The obliquity and length of common tangent have significant influence on the conjugate zone and arc length of conjugate tooth profile. Reasonable selection of flexspline profile parameters can effectively improve the transmission performance of harmonic gear device.
