以开发经济实用性数控铣齿机、降低弧齿锥齿轮生产成本为目的,提出了四轴数控铣齿机加工弧齿锥齿轮的方法。首先,建立了四轴数控铣齿机机床结构模型,分析了机床的加工运动;其次,建立了四轴数控铣齿机的运动数学模型和展成加工基本数学模型。基于数控加工及机械式加工两者之间的运动等效转换关系,计算了四轴数控铣齿机运动轴的位置坐标。基于VERICUT数控加工软件对弧齿锥齿轮四轴展成加工进行了切齿仿真,在此基础上进行了切实加工实验。结果表明,所建机床的数学模型及运动位置求解是正确可行的。
Abstract Aiming to develop economical and practical milling machine, and reduce the production cost of spiral bevel gear, the processing method based on four axis milling machine is proposed. Firstly, the machine model of four axis milling machine is established, and the processing motion is analyzed. Secondly, the motion mathematical model of four axis milling machine and basic generating mathematical model are established. By means of motion equivalent from NC machine to mechanical machine, the motion axis coordinate of four axis milling machine is calculated. Finally, the machining process of four axis milling machine is simulated based on VERICUT, and the cutting experiment is executed. The results verify that the machine model and motion position solution is correct and effective.
