针对斜齿轮零件再制造过程中数据重复性高、利用率低、损伤零件模型构造精度低等问题,提出一种利用局部区域点云数据构建完整零件模型的建模方法。利用局部区域点云数据,配合斜齿轮自身的特点,构建完整的完好齿轮零件模型;同时,单独构建损伤轮齿区域模型,利用模型拼接获得高精度的损伤齿轮模型;利用完好齿轮模型与损伤齿轮模型的坐标位置关系进行配准,获得损伤量模型。最后,通过实践案例,对所提出的方法进行了验证。
Abstract Aiming at the problems of high data repeatability, low utilization rate and low construction accuracy of the damaged part model in the remanufacturing process of helical gear parts, a modeling method for constructing a complete part model using local area point cloud data is proposed. Using the local area point cloud data, the complete intact gear part model with the characteristics of the helical gear itself is built. Meanwhile, the damage tooth region model is constructed separately, and the high-precision damage gear model is obtained by model splicing. The coordinate model of the intact gear model and the damage gear model are used for registration to obtain the damage amount model. Finally, through the practice case, the proposed method is verified.
