提出了一种系统方法,用于双模式功率分流无级变速器的分析与设计。建立了基于机械点的功率分流无级变速器的速比、转矩比、功率分流比特性方程。通过对速比、转矩比、功率分流比设定限值,获得机械点可行域。给定功率分流无级变速器的结构简图,由机械点可行域得到基本速比可行域,采用2K-H(NGW)型简单行星齿轮组,获得可行结构方案。建立了模式切换条件,使输入分流与复合分流在低速比机械点进行同步切换,获得了3个结构简图。设定两个机械点为0.66和1.33,获得了双模式功率分流无级变速器的结构方案。通过模式切换,该结构方案能有效减小无级变速支路的功率、转速、转矩,当速比范围为,,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=34084930&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=34084922&type=,19.89666748,2.70933342,时,系统效率高于90%。
Abstract A system approach is proposed for the analysis and design of dual mode power split continuously variable transmission. The characteristic equations of speed ratio, torque ratio and power split ratio of power split continuously variable transmission based on mechanical point are established. By setting the limit on the speed ratio, torque ratio and power split ratio, the feasible region of mechanical points is obtained. The schematic diagrams of power split continuously variable transmission are given. The feasible region of the basic speed ratio is obtained from the feasible region of the mechanical point. By using 2K-H(NGW) type simple planetary gear set, the feasible structure schemes are obtained. By setting the mode shift conditions, the input split and the compound split are synchronously switched at mechanical point of the lower speed ratio and 3 structural diagrams are obtained. By setting two mechanical points to 0.66 and 1.33, the structural scheme of the dual mode power split continuously variable transmission is obtained. Through mode shift, the structural scheme can effectively reduce power, speed, torque of the continuously variable transmission branch.
