通过对国内外直升机减速器干运转试验结论的分析,从齿轮、轴承、机匣、润滑系统、润滑介质等方面出发,研究减速器干运转能力设计与分析方法,指导减速器设计阶段各零部件的详细设计。分析了干运转试验方法,通过设计实例的干运转试验,验证了该方法的可行性,改变了过去只能依赖物理样机试验结果进行优化设计的被动局面,对以往干运转试验得出指导性意见进行正向设计完善。
Based on the analysis of the results of the loss-of-lubrication test of helicopter reducer, the design and analysis method of the loss-of-lubrication capacity of reducer is studied from the aspects of gears, bearings, casing, lubrication system and lubricating medium. The detailed design of parts and components in the design stage of reducer is guided. The loss-of-lubrication test method is analyzed. The method is verified by the loss-of-lubrication test of design examples. The situations that only rely on prototype test results can be relied on to optimize the design in the past is changed, and the guiding opinions of previous loss-of-lubrication test conclusions are improved.
