为研究永磁涡流柔性传动装置的各个参数对于多种性能目标的影响作用,建立了较为精确的解析模型,采用分离变量法计算了不同参数下永磁涡流柔性传动装置的输出性能,并使用ANSOFT仿真验证了永磁涡流柔性传动装置的模型准确性;分析了不同参数对于多种优化目标的参数敏感度,确定了多目标优化设计的主要参数。结果表明,建立的永磁涡流柔性传动装置解析模型具有很好的准确性,各参数对于不同优化目标的影响作用的比较对于前期设计和后期优化具有指导作用。
To study the effect of the parameters of permanent magnet eddy-current flexible transmission on multiple performance objectives of output performance, the accurate analytical model is built. By using the method of separation of variables, the output performance under different parameters is calculated, the accuracy of the model of permanent magnet eddy-current flexible transmission is verified by using the finite element simulation software ANSOFT. After that, the sensitivity of the different parameters to multi-objective optimization is analyzed, and the main parameters of multi-objective optimization design are determined. The results show that, the analytical model of permanent magnetic eddy-current flexible transmission is very accurate. After analysis, it is shown that different parameters have different effects on output performance. It has a good reference for preliminary design and optimization design.
