针对汽车齿轮搅油两相流特性,基于PLIC-VOF算法,利用Matlab软件对三维齿轮搅油过程进行数值计算,探讨不同转速、浸油深度、油液黏度下齿轮搅油功率损失的影响规律;同时,利用Fluent软件对三维齿轮搅油数值模拟,进行了功率损失台架实验及流动结构可视化实验。研究结果表明,PLIC-VOF算法适用于计算齿轮搅油损失问题,随着齿轮转速的增加,三维流场分布紊乱程度增大。齿轮搅油功率损失随着转速、浸油深度、油液黏度的增加而增加,其中,转速影响最为显著。
Aiming at the two-phase flow characteristics of the automotive gear, based on the PLIC-VOF algorithm, the three-dimensional churning process model of the gear is numerically calculated by Matlab software. The influence of different rotational speed and immersion depth as well as viscosity on churning power loss of the gear is discussed. Then the three-dimensional churning model of the gear is simulated by Fluent. The power loss experimental and the visual experiment are conducted. The results show that the PLIC-VOF algorithm is suitable for calculating churning loss of the gear. The turbulence of oil distribution increased with the rotational speed. The churning power loss increased with rotational speed and immersion depth as well as viscosity, among which the rotational speed has the greatest influence.
