建立某型矿用机车摩擦离合器的动力学模型,采用欧拉方法求解主从动摩擦片接合过程的角速度及热流密度。建立湿式离合器接合过程摩擦片径向热传导方程,采用微分求积法离散热传导方程及边界条件,并利用龙格-库塔法计算矿用机车名义和满载载荷情况下摩擦片的温升值随时间和半径的变化。计算结果表明,离合器接合过程摩擦片的径向温升值随着时间和半径的增大而增大,且载荷越大,接合时间越长,温升值越高。该结论为摩擦离合器的设计与性能分析提供了一定的理论基础。
The dynamics model of friction clutch of a mine locomotive is established, and the angular speed and heat flux of the master-slave friction disc in engagement process are solved by Euler method. The radial heat conduction equation of engagement process of friction disc in wet clutch is established, and the differential quadrature method is used to discretize the heat conduction equation and boundary conditions. The Runge-Kutta method is used to calculate the temperature rise of friction disc changing with time and radius under nominal and full-load conditions of mining locomotive. The results show that the radial varying temperature of the friction disc increases with the increase of time and radius during the engagement process. The greater the load, the longer engagement time and higher corresponding temperature. This conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the design and performance analysis of friction clutch.
