在运动学分析的基础上,运用RecurDyn软件建立三叉杆滑移式万向联轴器刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,深入分析了传动元件滑杆的接触应力随输入轴和输出轴夹角、转动频率、负载等参数的变化规律。在此基础上,基于应力时间历程寿命计算准则对三叉杆滑移式万向联轴器进行疲劳寿命预测。研究结果为进一步分析三叉杆滑移式万向联轴器的动力学特性和润滑特性打下基础,为其结构设计和推广应用提供依据。
On the basis of kinematics analysis, the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation model of the tripod sliding universal coupling is established by using RecerDyn software. The variation of contact stress of the sliding rod of the transmission element with the parameters such as the angle between the input shaft and the output shaft, rotation frequency and load is analyzed in depth. On this basis, the fatigue life of tripod slip universal coupling is predicted based on the stress time history life calculation criterion. The research results lay a foundation for further analysis of the dynamics characteristics and lubrication characteristics of the tripod sliding universal coupling, and provide a basis for its structural design and application.
