采用具有良好的实时精度和稳定性的容积卡尔曼滤波估计算法,实现复杂环境下电动客车车辆质量以及道路坡度的辨识。建立4挡机械式自动变速器动力学模型,提出基于车速、油门开度、车辆质量以及道路坡度的4参数融合的经济性换挡策略。仿真结果表明,所开发的辨识算法能在不增加传感器的条件下对车辆质量和道路坡度进行较为准确的辨识。所开发的多参数融合换挡策略能在保证车辆动力性的条件下实现车辆的经济性换挡,并且可以避免频繁换挡,减少部件的磨损并提高乘坐舒适性。
A volumetric Kalman filter estimation algorithm with good real-time accuracy and stability is used to identify the quality of electric bus and road gradient in complex environment. A dynamics model of 4-gear automated mechanical transmission is established, and an economical shift strategy is proposed which is based on the fusion of four parameters: vehicle speed, throttle opening, vehicle quality and road gradient. The simulation results show the identification algorithm proposed can identify vehicle quality and road gradient accurately without adding any sensors. The multi-parameter fusion shifting strategy developed can achieve economical shifting under the condition of guaranteeing vehicle dynamic performance, which can avoid frequent shift, reduce component wear and improve ride comfort to a great extent.
