以3.XMW风力发电齿轮箱的第一级柔性销轴行星齿轮传动为研究对象,建立了考虑齿轮啮合、轴承支撑、螺栓预紧的有限元模型。分析了在额定工况下行星轮系的应力和位移,计算了弹性销套和限位块之间的间隙变化及销轴的最大位移。计算结果表明,在额定工况下,弹性销套和限位块之间的间隙减小了0.285 mm,没有发生接触,销轴末端最大位移约为0.24 mm。根据齿圈根部的应力分布计算了该轮系在额定工况下的均载系数(,k,γ,)和齿向载荷分布系数(,K,Fβ,),并对该3.XMW风电齿轮箱进行了均载测试。对比结果表明,根据有限元方法计算的均载系数与实际情况相符合,且该柔性销轴结构具有很好的均载性能。
Taking the flexible pin of planetary gear train of the first stage of 3.X MW wind turbine gearbox as study object, a finite model that considering gear mesh,bearing and bolt preloading is built. The stress and the displacement of the planetary gear train under rated working conditions are analyzed. The clearance change between the elastic pin sleeve and the limited block and the maximum displacement of the pin shaft are calculated. The results show that the clearance of the sleeve and the limited block is decreased 0.285 mm, but not touched, the maxium displacement of flexible pin is 0.24 mm. And the mean load factor (,,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=35410950&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=35410944&type=,2.62466669,3.72533321,) and the gear trace load distribution factor (,,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=35410961&type=,http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=35410956&type=,4.82600021,3.72533321,) based on the gear ring root stress distribution are calculated, the mean load test of this 3.XMW wind turbine gearbox is carried out. The comparison results show that, the mean load factor of FE result is well matched to the practical situation, and this flexible pin has a perfect mean load performance.
