研究了一种采用定盘输出、保持架固定,无偏心的平面正弦钢球传动机构,具有良好的散热性,弥补了圆柱正弦活齿传动机构的不足。通过建立平面正弦钢球传动机构的钢球力学模型,同时进行求解得到接触力与惯性力的变化规律,结合仿真验证了力学模型的准确性,为机构的强度校核及振动分析提供了理论依据。
The planar sinusoidal steel ball transmission mechanism with fixed disk output and retainer fixed and no eccentric is studied, which has good heat dissipation and make up for the shortage of cylindrical sinusoidal movable teeth transmission mechanism. By establishing the mechanical model of the steel ball in the planar sine ball transmission mechanism,the change law of the contact force and inertia force are obtained at the same time,and the accuracy of the mechanical model is verified by the simulation, which provides the theoretical basis for the strength checking and the vibration analysis of the mechanism.
