针对目前轮齿几何接触仿真中接触椭圆的计算需借助于参考点附近配对齿面的二次逼近以及复杂的曲率推导等问题,提出了一种改进的基于数值迭代的接触椭圆计算方法。首先通过啮合基本方程组求出瞬时接触点。然后以该点为起点按照给定的弹性变形量进行整周搜索,获得该接触位置的瞬时接触椭圆及其长、短轴,进而得到整个齿面的接触印痕。最后以一对摆线齿准双曲面齿轮为例,通过与商用软件及滚检实验结果的对比,验证了该方法的可行性。
To solve the problem of the contact ellipse in the geometric contact simulation of gear teeth which needs the numerical approximation of the quadratic approximation of the tooth surface and the complicated curvature derivation,the method of contact ellipse calculation based on numerical iteration is proposed. Firstly,the instantaneous contact point is solved by meshing basic equations,then the whole week search is conducted according to the given elastic deformation starting from the point,the instantaneous contact ellipse and the long and short axes of the contact position are obtained,and then the whole tooth surface contact prints are got.Finally,taking a pair of cycloidal gear hypoid gears as an example,the feasibility of this method is verified by comparison with commercial software and rolling inspection results.
