倾斜式双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动加工及性能测试
摘要
为了消除环面蜗杆传动的齿侧间隙,提出一种新型倾斜式双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动。基于倾斜式双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的啮合几何学基础,对传动副的啮合性能进行了分析;加工制造并装配了首台倾斜式双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动减速机样机;在磁粉加载式机械传动性能试验台上,对样机在几种特定转速情况下的传动性能进行了试验研究。研究表明,倾斜式双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动副具有良好的啮合性能,该传动副测试样机传动效率在70.5%,7,5.8%之间,平均油温低于50℃,噪声在70,1,00 d B之间,箱体油温较低、温升较小。
Abstract
To eliminate the gear backlash,a new inclined double-roller enveloping hourglass worm drive is proposed. The meshing performance is analyzed based on the meshing geometry of inclined double-roller enveloping hourglass worm drive. The physical prototype of inclined double-roller enveloping hourglass worm drive is machined. The transmission performance test of this prototype is carried out on the magnetic powder loading mechanical transmission performance test-bed. The research shows that the inclined double-roller enveloping hourglass worm drive has good meshing performance. The transmission efficiency of the test prototype is between 70. 5% ,75. 8%,the average oil temperature is below 50 ℃,the noise is between 70 ,100 d B,the oil is relatively low and the temperature rise is relatively small.
