摘要

论述了常用行星减速机行星轮轴承的支撑方式和寿命计算方法,结合双模式截割减速机进行实例计算,并利用KISSsoft对轴承寿命的几个影响因素进行模拟分析,提出截割减速机行星轮轴承设计的注意事项,为今后类似设计提供参考。

Abstract

The support methods and life calculation methods of the planet gear bearings in planetary reducer are discussed. Combining with dual-mode cutting reducer The example calculations are carried out.Several factors that affect the bearing life are simulated and analyzed by using KISSsoft. Finally,the considerations for the design of the planet gear bearing for Cutting reducer are put forward and the reference for similar design in the future is provided.
