行星齿轮传动的可靠性主要由能否在各行星轮间实现功率分流来决定。基于非线性有限元分析方法对行星轮系均载性能进行研究。以刮板输送机用可控软启动装置齿轮箱行星传动部分为研究对象,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行非线性动力学仿真,求解得到各啮合副的动态接触力及其频谱曲线,分析了不同均载措施、冲击载荷、惯性载荷、输入转速及接触参数对系统均载性能的影响。研究结果表明,太阳轮与行星架同时浮动的均载效果显著,冲击载荷的作用与转速的增加将使行星轮间的载荷分配更不均匀,行星架的轻质可使行星轮间载荷分配更均匀。
The reliability of planetary gear transmission is mainly determined by load-sharing characteristics between the planetary wheels. The study on the load-sharing characteristics of planetary gear train is carried out based on the nonlinear finite element method. Taking the controlled start transmission( CST) planetary gear transmission part used for scraper conveyors as study object,the dynamics simulation of the planetary transmission is carried out by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The curves of dynamic contact force and the frequency spectrum of each meshing pair are obtained. The influences of load-sharing measures,impact load,inertia load,rotating speed and contact parameters on the load-sharing characteristics are analyzed. The contrast study show that both the center external gear and the planetary frame floating improves the system load characteristics remarkably. The impact load and speed increases make the load distribution between planetary wheels more uneven. The light of the planet carrier can make the load distribution among the planetary wheels more uniform.
