摘要

介绍了高速客车传动齿轮箱箱体及齿轮件的强度和疲劳仿真分析及评价方法,应用该方法开发了多款高速齿轮箱,均通过运行试验考核,初步验证了方法的准确性。

Abstract

The strength and fatigue simulation analysis and evaluation method for the transmission gearbox of high-speed train are introduced. A series of high speed gearboxes are developed by using this method. All of them have passed the running test,the accuracy of the method is verified.
