基于时变滤波经验模式分解的齿轮箱故障诊断
摘要
经验模式分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)经常出现模态混叠问题。集总经验模式分解(Ensemble EMD,EEMD)能够在一定程度上缓解模态混叠,但是辅助白噪声的引入却破坏了原始EMD方法的时变滤波特性。为了提高齿轮箱故障诊断的效果,将时变滤波经验模式分解(Time Varying Filter for EMD,TVFEMD)引入到齿轮箱振动信号分析领域,提出了基于TVFEMD的齿轮箱故障诊断方法。将该方法用于分析包含着输出轴不对中故障的齿轮箱振动信号,结果表明,该方法能够有效地诊断出齿轮箱的不对中故障,与基于EMD和EEMD的方法相比具有明显的优势。
Abstract
The empirical mode decomposition(EMD) often suffers from the problem of mode mixing.Although the mode mixing can be alleviated to some degree by the ensemble EMD(EEMD),but the introduction of assistant white noise in EEMD hinders time varying filtering performance of EMD. To enhance results of gearbox fault diagnosis,the time varying filter for EMD(TVFEMD) is introduced to examine gearbox vibration signals and a method for fault diagnosis of gearboxes based on TVFEMD is proposed. This proposed method is used to analyze the gearbox vibration data containing eccentricity of output shafts,the results show that the fault of eccentricity of output shafts of the gearbox can be effectively diagnosed,and a comparison between EMD,EEMD and TVFEMD indicates that the proposed method performs better in fault diagnosis of gearboxes.
