在空间曲线啮合理论的基础上,研究平行轴线齿轮的传动机构。以螺旋线为中心线,研究截面为圆时主动线齿的曲面方程,并以此构建主动线齿轮齿面齿廓。以同轴心的圆截面为从动线齿轮的齿廓截面,并根据从动轮中心线构建从动轮齿面方程。分析线齿轮啮合传动时主动线齿上的正反转接触线,并根据空间曲线啮合方程求出从动线齿的正反转接触线。此正反转接触线应满足从动线齿轮中心线构建的圆截面从动线轮齿面方程。可通过增加齿数提高其重合度以提高传动稳定性。通过建立线齿轮副3D模型并进行运动学模拟仿真实验,结果表明,此方法构建的平行轴圆截面线齿轮装配无法向侧隙,且传动过程无干涉,能够满足设计的传动比需求。
Based on the space curve meshing theory,the transmission mechanism of parallel shaft line gear is studied. Taking the spiral line as the center line,the surface equation is studied as the cross section is circle,and the driving surface is constructed according to the equation. The driven surface is constructed according to the driven center line and the same circular section of the driving surface. The forward and reverse contact lines on the driving surface are analyzed,and the contact line of the driven gear is obtained according to the space curve meshing equation. The forward and reverse contact line should meet the driven surface which is constructed by the construction method as the driving surface is constructed. The method by increasing the number of teeth to improve its coincidence degree to increase transmission stability is studied. The kinematics simulation experiment is carried out by the established 3 D line gear model. The results show the parallel shaft circular section line gear constructed by this method can be assembled without normal gap,and there is no interference during the transmission process and it can meet the designed transmission ratio.
